Pet Artwork Approval Policy

For products that include a custom illustration or portrait, we follow this approval process to keep things smooth and timely.

1. Artwork Preview within 24 hours

• You’ll receive a preview of your pet’s artwork by email once it’s ready.
• This is your chance to review and request small edits.

2. Requesting Edits

You may request:

• Minor colour adjustments
• Small facial detail tweaks
• Simple text changes (e.g., name or major spelling)

Major changes (e.g., entirely new photo, different pose, or style) may:

• Add extra time to your order
• Sometimes require an additional fee

3. Approval Window (72 Hours)

To keep orders moving, we allow up to 72 hours (3 days) for approval.

• If you reply with approval → we proceed to print.
• If you request edits → we will revise and send another preview.
• If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours, your artwork may be auto-approved and sent to print.

4. After Approval

Once approved (or auto-approved), the artwork:

• Cannot be changed
• Is sent directly to production
• Is treated as final for printing and refunds
