❓How does the custom pet product process work?

Simply choose a product, select a theme or major, upload your pet’s photo, and complete checkout. Our design team prepares the artwork, and once approved, your item is printed and shipped directly to you.

❓ Which pets are accepted?

All pets are welcome at Pawversity — including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds and more.

❓ Do I get to see the artwork before it’s printed?

Yes. For artwork-based products, you will receive an artwork preview to approve. Minor edits may be requested. If we do not receive approval within 72 hours, your artwork will be auto-approved to avoid delays.

❓ How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–7 business days, and delivery times are approximately:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• UK: 3–10 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–15 business days

❓ Do you ship to the USA and UK?

Yes, we ship across the United States, United Kingdom, and internationally. Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout.

❓ Are personalized items returnable?

Because personalized items are made to order, they cannot be returned for change of mind, sizing preferences or design taste. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, we will replace it.

❓ Can I order matching products or bundles?

Yes. Many customers order matching shirts, mugs, phone cases, posters or canvas prints featuring the same artwork. Bundles make great gifts for pet parents.
