Track Your Order

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if available).

🔎 How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a shipping confirmation titled
   “Your Pawversity Order is on its way”.
2. Click the tracking link in that email.
3. You’ll see real-time updates from the courier.

If your order does not include a tracking number (some economy services):

• You can still estimate delivery using the timeframes on our Shipping & Delivery page.

🕒 When Should I Contact Support?

Please contact us at admin@pawversity.co.uk if:

• Your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the maximum estimated delivery, or
• Your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days.

Provide:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email used at checkout

We’ll investigate with the print provider and courier.
